Attached is my assignment, I already did it but there is something that needed to be fixed.
Can you please fix these:
1. make sure that growth rates are in 1/h.
2. There is a difference between the metabolites depending on the PM category. For example:
PM1 and PM2 are carbon sources
PM3 are nitrogen sources, so you should find a paper that uses it as a metabolite as nitrogen source and add in another column the carbon source.
PM4P means phosphorus sources , so you should find a paper that uses it as a metabolite as phosphorus source and add in another column the carbon and nitrogen source.
PM4S means sulphur sources , so you should find a paper that uses it as a metabolite as sulphur source and add in another column the carbon and nitrogen source.
For PM3, PM4S and PM4P it is more difficult to find information on. IT is okay if you don’t find all the information.
Moreover, if you find another source , please put it in the next column next to reference.
To find the information of my strain, search for ex :” halomonas ,”metabolite name”, look if it growth then put “yes” in the column. Then search for it’s growth rate but in 1/h. Then which strain does it grow. if there are more than one strain , please put it in the column next to “strain”

Attached is my assignment, I already did it but there is something that needed to be fixed.
Can you please fix these:
